Lion Surplus

Lion Surplus collects, sells, and disposes of all surplus University-owned equipment, supplies, and materials. Penn State faculty and staff, students, and the general public are encouraged to take advantage of the services and sales offered by Lion Surplus.

Shop at the Lion Surplus Store: Computers, office furniture, electronics, scientific equipment, and office supplies are for sale in the Lion Surplus Store, located behind the flower gardens on Services Road. The store is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Send University-owned items to surplus: Lion Surplus will pick up surplus items from any University department once the department has submitted the proper form. Lion Surplus can also assist departments that wish to post items on auction Web sites.

Come to a campus auction: Lion Surplus holds auctions and sales on campus featuring office equipment, bicycles, and specialty items.

Bid on a vehicle: Used Fleet cars and other vehicles are frequently put up for bid.
